Corn Chicken Leg Piece Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken legs: 4 tbsp
- eggs 2
- ajinomoto: 1 tsp
- white pepper: 1 tsp
- soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
- dried coriander: 1 tsp
- white cumin: 1 tsp
- Cornflour: 1 tsp, wings: 1 tbsp

Method:
- Lay the chicken legs with a fork
- apply ajinomoto salt, white chilli wings, soy sauce and let it rest for half an hour.

- Now break the eggs, add corn flour, dried coriander and white cumin and beat well.
- Dip the chicken legs in it and fry in corn oil.

Ingredients:

- Sift and separate the rice.
- In a large pot, first layer half of the rice.
- Add the prepared meat mixture on it.
- Add coriander and mint, sprinkle with yellow corn and biryani essence and apply on the tail.
- Delicious chicken biryani is ready.
- Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot.
