Roast Chilli Chicken Recipe

 

preparation time              20 minutes
Cooking time                      50 minutes
For how many people      5 people


Ingredients:

  1. chicken 1kg 
  2. cloves paste: 1 tablespoon
  3.  salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons 
  4. pepper: 1/3 teaspoon
  5.  vinegar: 1 tablespoon 
  6. soy sauce: 2 tablespoons 
  7. oil: half a cup 
  8. water: 1 tablespoon 
  9. sauce: 2 tablespoons 
  10. chips: 2 tablespoons 
  11. garlic 1 tablespoon 
  12. chopped onion 2 slices 
  13. chopped capsicum:1 slice
  14.  pepper: 1tbsp
  15.  Green chili 8 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce and keep it for 30 minutes. 
  2. Now heat half a cup of oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
  3.  Cover and cook until chicken is melted. 
  4. Then add chili sauce, ketchup.
  5.  Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry garlic until golden. 
  6.  Then add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes. 
  7. Add chopped capsicum and green chillies and fry a little.
  8. Then add this mixture to the chicken and serve.
