Ingredients:
- chicken 1kg
- cloves paste: 1 tablespoon
- salt: 1 1/2 teaspoons
- pepper: 1/3 teaspoon
- vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- oil: half a cup
- water: 1 tablespoon
- sauce: 2 tablespoons
- chips: 2 tablespoons
- garlic 1 tablespoon
- chopped onion 2 slices
- chopped capsicum:1 slice
- pepper: 1tbsp
- Green chili 8 tbsp.
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, vinegar and soy sauce and keep it for 30 minutes.
- Now heat half a cup of oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
- Cover and cook until chicken is melted.
- Then add chili sauce, ketchup.
- Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry garlic until golden.
- Then add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped capsicum and green chillies and fry a little.
- Then add this mixture to the chicken and serve.
