Nan Khatai Recipe

 


Full preparation time    30 min

Cooking time                    25min

For how many people       5 people


 Ingredients:

1. flour 2 cups 

2.  semolina 2 tablespoons 

3.  baking powder half a teaspoon 

4.  almonds custom 

5. Sugar 1 cup 

6.  condensed milk 3 tablespoons 

7.  cooking oil 1 cup


Method:

1. Mix flour, semolina, and baking powder.

 2. Grind sugar in a clean dry grinder and mix it with cooking oil. 

3. Beat well with electric batter. 

4. Add a tablespoon of condensed milk and knead. 

5. Refrigerate this mixture for 15 to 20 minutes.

6.  Bake at 180C for twenty to twenty-five minutes

Pineapple Upside Cake Recipe

 


Full preparation time    20 minutes Cooking time                    30 minutes For how many people      6 people


 Ingredients:

1. flour 1 cup 

2. baking powder 1 teaspoon 

3. butter 8 ounces 

4. sugar (powdered) 1 cup 

5. vanilla essence 1 teaspoon 

6.  pine apple juice 1/2 cup 

7.  eggs 4 

8.  brown sugar 1-2 tablespoons 

9. pine apple slices customized 

10.  glazes Cherries as needed


Method:

1. Melt 1 ounce of butter on 1 push out tan then spread brown sugar on it. 

2. Cover the cake tin with pineapple slices and place glazed cherries in the middle of the pineapple slices and place the cake tin in the freezer. 

3.  Add flour and baking powder.

4.  Filter the remaining butter well in a bowl, then add the powdered sugar and mix well, add one egg after another in it, then add vanilla essence and add more juice and mix well. 

5. When it is mixed, add flour and baking powder and mix lightly by hand. Remove the cake tin from the freezer and put the cake mixture in it. 

6. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 6200C and then set the timer for 160 minutes at 160C. Bake. 

7. If there is a fraction left in the cake, bake for another 5 minutes. 

8. Cool the cake a little and start with cream or ice cream.

Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

1.butter 3 ounces (6 tbsp)

2. cocoa 3 tablespoons 

3. baking powder 1/2 teaspoon 

4.  salt 1/2 teaspoon 

5.  flour 3/4 cup (poona cup) 

6.  large eggs 2 

7.  powdered sugar 

8.  nuts (finely chopped 1/2 cup)

Method:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa and sieve three times. 

2. Slowly add sugar in butter and beat. 

3.  Then add eggs one by one and beat.

4. Now with a soft hand add flour and cocoa. 

5.Then mix the chopped nuts.

6. Put the mauve into a flattened mold that is 8/8 square and two inches high.

7. Bake in medium heat (350F).

8.  After 25 minutes, touch and see If the mava does not feel rough and soft and starts to leave the mold on all sides, take it out of the oven.

9. After 10 minutes, cut the square pieces inside the mold with a sharp clean stick. 

10. As soon as the brownies cool down, keep them in a closed container.

Cold Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1. biscuit 1 packet 

2. cocoa 2 tbsp

3. powdered sugar 1 cup 

4. Crushed oats 1 cup

5.eggs  2


Method:

1.Break up 1 biscuit and grind it.

 2. Separate a little of it and put it on top of the cake. 

3.Put sugar in ghee and beat it.

4. Add egg and beat it.

5.Mix it now and put it on the stove.

6. Put it on the fire Take it down and mix it with biscuit crumbs.

7. As soon as it becomes like a thick paste, take it down and mix the biscuit crumbs.

8.Place the walnuts a little aside.

9 Put all the rest in the mava.

10. Put this mava in any mold and set it. 

11. Wrap it in an envelope and keep it in the freezer. 

12. When it is set, soak the cloth in warm water from the outside. Wipe it. 

13. Turn the cake upside down on the plate. 

14. The cake will come out.

 15.  You can keep this cake in the freezer for as long as you want.

Method:

1. First melt the butter and put it in the eggs and beat well.

3.  Then add vanilla essence in it. 

4. Then add flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well and Add it to the mixture and mix well and bake in the oven bowl.

5.  delicious chocolate cakes are ready.

Egg And Bread Pudding Recipe

Method:

Fish Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

1. medium size finely chopped Carrots 

2. finely chopped 4 tbsp

3. breadcrumbs 4 tablespoon 

4. lemon juice 1 tbsp

5. fish (finely chopped) 4  

6. Salt and black pepper as required


 Method: 

1. Heat the oven to 400 ، C, add car jets, carrots, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and mix well. 


2. Spread a thin piece of fish and make four parts of all the spices and place them on each piece. 


3. Roll the piece of fish well and close it with a toothpick to prevent it from opening. 


4. Place all the rolls in the oven dish and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. 


5. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad. 

Fish Puff Recipe

 

Full preparation time.   20 minutes

 Cooking Time                  30 minutes 

For how many people      5 people

 Ingredients:

1. fish (slaughtered without fork) 1/2kilo 

2. salt to taste

 3. crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

 4. flour 2 cups 

5. onions 1 tablespoon 

6.  mushrooms 3 to 4 tbs8

 7. ground pepper 1 teaspoon

 8. paprika powder 1 teaspoon 

9. soy sauce 1 tbsp

10.chilli sauce one tbsp

11. double bread crumbs half a cup 

12. green coriander custom 

13. margarine or butter three tablespoons

 14. cooking oil custom 


Method:

1.Add a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of margarine or butter to the flour, then add a little water, knead hard and wrap in a damp muslin cloth.

2.  Melt the butter lightly and fry the chopped onion till it becomes soft. 

3. Then add the chopped fish, chopped mushrooms, a teaspoon of garlic, salt and pepper and fry on high heat.

4. When the color of the fish changes, add soy sauce, chili sauce and little by little double bread crumbs. 

5. When dry, remove from the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped green coriander and leave to cool.

6. Marinate the remaining 6 fish carcasses with salt, garlic and paprika powder and lightly fry them in a tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan sprinkled with a little flour. 

7. Take (the size of the puri should be such that the killing of the fish is completely stopped in it). 

8. I put water on the edges and close the mold.

9. Squeeze lightly to make a fish shape and take it out of the mold. 

10. Prepare all the puffs in the same way, then heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 

11. Fry them until golden

Orange Mayo Chicken Recipe


 Preparation time          20 minutes Cooking time                  35 minutes For how many people    4 people 


Ingredients:

  1. chicken drumstick 6 to 8 pieces 
  2. Orange juice 1 cup 
  3.  mayonnaise half cup 
  4.  salt to taste 
  5. crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
  6.  peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon 
  7. paprika powder 
  8. tomatoes 1 
  9. capsicum 1 
  10. Orange 1
  11.  fresh soybeans 1 teaspoon 
  12.  cooking oil as required

Method:

1.Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly, cut them and sprinkle with salt and paprika. 


2. Then apply the cooking oil with the help of a baking brush or finger. 


3.Put chicken drum stick on it. 
Mix two tablespoons of cane juice in  mayonnaise and keep it in the fridge. 


4.Remove from the heat and apply the mixture to the chicken with a brush and place in a preheated oven at 180C. 


5. When the chicken is fully cooked inside, take it out of the oven.


6. Cover the chicken in the pan with the orange sauce (if the chicken feels rough, cook for another five to seven minutes with the sauce) and grill the tomato and capsicum squares in the hot oven for four to five minutes.

7. Take it out.

Baked fish

 Ingredients :

  1.  fish 1 kg 
  2. vinegar 2 tablespoons 
  3.  orange juice 1/4 cup 
  4.  lemon juice 1/4 cup 
  5.  corn flour 1 cup 
  6. garlic 1 tablespoon (crushed) 
  7.  ginger 1 tablespoon (crushed) 
  8.  celery four grains ( Grind) 
  9.  Salt 1 teaspoon 
  10. Pepper 1 teaspoon 
  11. Water 2 Tablespoons 
  12.  Potatoes 1 (Boiled) 
  13.  Peas Cup (Boiled) 
  14.  Salad Four Leaves (Cut) 
  15.  Green Peppers 1 tablespoon Grind

Method:

  1. Boil 1 fish and remove the thorns. 
  2.  Heat butter and fry garlic, onion, ginger. Then add fish in this mixture. 
  3.  Add vinegar, celery, lemon juice, orange juice, salt and pepper. 
  4. Mix water in corn flour. Prepare the mixture.
  5.  Put the fish in a baking dish and put the cornflour mixture around it and put it in the oven. 
  6. When it turns red, take it out and put it in the dish and put potatoes, peas and salad around it.
  7.  Start with sauce.
