Khati Meethi Mix Fruit Chaat Recipe

Ingredients

1. banana 4 

2. Pomegranate 1 cup 

3. Melon 1 

4. Guava 1 

5. White gram (boiled) half cup 

6. Sugar crushed 1/4 cup 

7. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons 

8. Salt to taste 

9. Apple 2

10. Mango 2 


Method:

1. Peel a banana and cut it. Peel a melon and cut it into cubes. 

2 Take out the seeds of guava and cut it into small pieces.

3.  Cut small pieces of apple. 

4.  Peel a mango and cut it into cubes. 

5.  In a large bowl, Add 'apple', 'mango', 'white gram', 'sugar', 'lemon juice' and salt and mix well. 

6.  Keep it in the fridge to cool down.

Fruit Jelly Trifle Recipe

 Ingredients:

1. banana (cut into round slices) 3 pieces 

2.  apples (cut into cubes) 2 pieces 

3.  pineapple 1 cup (cut into cubes) 

4.  red and green jelly 1-1 packet 

5. water 2 cups


Method:

1. Prepare both jellies as per the instructions on the packet, set the apples, bananas and pineapples in the molds and put the jelly on it. 

2. Leave to set. 

3. Once set, remove the molds and serve the trifles

Shahi Tukray Recipe


 Full preparation time      15 minutes Cooking time                     30 minutes For how many people          5 people

 Ingredients 

1. Bread 5 pieces 

2.  1/3 cups water 

3.  large cardamom 2 pieces 

4. Milk 3 cups 

5. Barley pistachios almonds (one handful coat) 

6. Ghee half cup 

7. Sugar 1 cup

8. Saffron, a few fibers, green cardamom powder, a quarter teaspoon


Method:

1. To prepare the syrup, put water in a pan, add sugar and heat it. 

2. When the sugar is dissolved in the water, add saffron to it. 

3.  Now cook it till the mixture thickens and becomes 2 strings of syrup.

4. Now take it down immediately. 

5. Boil the milk in another pan over medium heat till the milk dries to one-fourth of the original quantity. 

6. Now add cardamom powder and syrup in it. When it thickens for 75 minutes, take it down and keep it. 

7. Cut the edges of the slices apart and cut them into triangles.

8. Fry all the slices in low ghee till they turn golden. Now dip these slices in the syrup for one minute.

9.  Serve garnished with 12 fruits.

Peanut Cream Pie recipe

Ingredients:

1. Peanut   1 1/2 cup 

2.  flour      1 1/2 cup 

3. salt to taste 

4. milk 2 cups 

5. cornflour 2 tablespoons 

6.  sugar 1 cup 

7.  eggs 3 tablespoons 

8. vanilla essence 1 teaspoon 

9.  margarine or butter half cup 

1. Cooking oil 1 to 2 tablespoons


Method:

1. To make peanut butter, put a cup of peanuts in a grinder and grind them finely, then make a paste by adding coking oil in it.

2.  To make a pie crust, add salt to the flour and mix, then add margarine or butter and mix it with a fork until it becomes a double loaf of bread. 

3.  Then add four to six tablespoons of ice cold water. Knead and wrap in a damp muslin cloth and keep in the fridge for ten minutes. 

4. To make the filling, dissolve a tablespoon of cornflour in milk, keep the milk boiling and when it boils, add half a cup of sugar to it. Cook for five minutes.

5. Then add the cornflour mixture and mix it. Separate the egg yolks and lighten the heat. Add it to the milk and mix. Cook for four to five minutes and take it off the stove to cool. 

6 Take the dirty flour out of the fridge and put it in an oven proof bowl of the desired shape and make a hole in it with a fork so that it does not swell while baking. 

7. Take out half a cup of sugar, grind it and mix it in peanut butter.

8.  Add a little sugar to the white flour and beat it hard with electric batter.

9. First put a layer of peanut butter in it, then add the prepared custard, apply both layers again and finally add the sprinkled white.

1. Basin 2 cups 

2. 1 cup of ghee

 3. Cardamom 4-5 (crush)

 4. 2 cups of sugar 

5. 1 cup of milk

Method:

1. Heat ghee and add cardamom and make it crispy.

 2. Then add basin and fry well.

 3. When it starts smelling and becomes light brown, add pre-prepared shera. 

4. Then cut into pieces. 

5. Put 1 cup of water in sugar and cook. 

6. When one comes, put it in the basin. 

7. If desired, apply silver foil.

Ingredients :

1. Milk powder 1 cup 

2. sugar 2 cups.

1. Make a mixture by mixing 1 country powder, egg, flour, semolina baking powder and oil.

 Ingredients :

1. milk 2 liters 

2. sugar to taste 

3.colored needles 1 cups 

4. fresh cream 1 cup 

5. Vanilla custard powder 4 Tbsp

6.red jelly 6 packs ( freeze in a bowl)


 Step-by-step instructions 


1. In a house soaked in cold milk. Then the color of the stove.

2. Boil 2 needles separately, then boil the milk and add sugar and add the pre-dissolved custard to the boiled milk. 

4. Mix half the cream in the custard with light hands.

 5. Mix half the jelly in the same way, then garnish with the remaining cream and jelly. Start by cooling.
