Chicken Grilled Recipe

 Ingredients:

1.  chicken breast 12 pieces

2. basil fresh 1/3 cup (chopped) 

3.  green coriander 1/3 cup (chopped) 

4.  garlic 'ginger paste 1 tablespoon 

5.  fresh red peppers 1 tablespoon (make paste) 

6. soy sauce 1-1 / 2 tablespoons 

7. fish sauce 1-1 / 2 tablespoons 

8. olive oil 1-1 / 2 tablespoons 

9.  brown sugar 1 tablespoon 

10.  salt to taste


Method:

1. In a bowl, add basil, green coriander, garlic, ginger paste, red chilli paste, soy sauce, salt, fish sauce, olive oil and brown sugar and mix well. 

2. Marinate for 2 hours. 

3. Grill the meat in 3 grills. 

4.  When the meat is melted and golden in color, take it out in a serving plate and serve with services.
