Pepper Chicken Recipe

 

Full preparation time      20 minutes 

Cooking time                    40 minutes 

For how many people      3 people


Ingredients:

  1. Chicken Breast Bone Lace 2 pieces (Wash and Clean) 
  2. Garlic Paste 1/2 teaspoon 
  3. Salt to taste 
  4.  Black pepper powder to taste 5
  5. Mustard paste 1/4 teaspoon 
  6.  Oils 2 tablespoons 
  7. Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon Spoon 
  8.  HP Sauce 1 tablespoon 
  9. onions (chopped) 1 tablespoon 
  10. flour 1 tablespoon 
  11.  water 1/2 cup 
  12. cream 2 tablespoons 
  13.  mushrooms 2 tablespoons (sliced) 
  14.  black pepper (chopped) customized Flavor 
  15. Garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Add salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste and mustard paste to the chicken and let it marinate for about 1/2 hour.
  1.  Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and lightly brown. Put the chicken in it and fry till it becomes golden brown. 
  1. In a bowl, add flour, water, Worcestershire sauce, HP sauce and cream and mix it. 
  1. And fry until thickened. Add mushrooms and mix. 
  1. Remove the chicken breast from the serving plate, put the sauce on top and sprinkle with freshly chopped black pepper.
  1.  Delicious paper chicken is ready. Start hot with french fries.
