Fish Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. fish half a kilo (boneless cubes) 
  2.  hot spices half a teaspoon 
  3.  roasted cumin a teaspoon (grind) 
  4.  roasted coriander half a teaspoon 
  5.  salt half a teaspoon 
  6.  peppers half a teaspoon 
  7.  yogurt two tablespoons 
  8.  lemon juice Two tablespoons 
  9.  turmeric a quarter teaspoon 
  10.  oil two tablespoons 
  11.  green peppers one tbsp (crushed) 
  12.  Mint leaves  a tablespoon
Method:

1 Add all the spices to the fish. 
2 Place in the oven tray.
3. Bake at 3200 degrees.
4. When both sides are brown and the water is dry, add coal smoke.
