Corn Chicken Leg Piece Recipe

 

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken legs: 4 tbsp
  2. eggs 2 
  3.  ajinomoto: 1 tsp
  4. white pepper: 1 tsp
  5.  soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
  6. dried coriander: 1 tsp
  7.  white cumin: 1 tsp 
  8. Cornflour: 1 tsp, wings: 1 tbsp
  9. salt Corn oil: as required


Method:

  1.  Lay the chicken legs with a fork
  2. apply ajinomoto salt, white chilli wings, soy sauce and let it rest for half an hour.
  3. Then put a little corn oil in the oven tray and let it cook at 150 degrees. 
  4. When the meat is melted, take out the tray. 
  5. Now break the eggs, add corn flour, dried coriander and white cumin and beat well. 
  6. Dip the chicken legs in it and fry in corn oil. 
  7. Corn chicken leg pieces are ready. 
  8. It can also be served with evening tea.
