Corn Chicken Leg Piece Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken legs: 4 tbsp
- eggs 2
- ajinomoto: 1 tsp
- white pepper: 1 tsp
- soy sauce: 1/2 tsp
- dried coriander: 1 tsp
- white cumin: 1 tsp
- Cornflour: 1 tsp, wings: 1 tbsp
- salt Corn oil: as required
Method:
- Lay the chicken legs with a fork
- apply ajinomoto salt, white chilli wings, soy sauce and let it rest for half an hour.
- Then put a little corn oil in the oven tray and let it cook at 150 degrees.
- When the meat is melted, take out the tray.
- Now break the eggs, add corn flour, dried coriander and white cumin and beat well.
- Dip the chicken legs in it and fry in corn oil.
- Corn chicken leg pieces are ready.
- It can also be served with evening tea.
