Chicken biryani


 Full preparation time          15 minutes
    Cooking time.                     35 minutes 
For how many people            2 people 


Ingredients:

  1. chicken meat 1/2 1 kg
  2.  garlic ginger paste 2 tbsp 
  3.  tomatoes (chop) 3 tbsp 
  4.  onions (cut into slices) 2tbsp
  5. yogurt 1 cup 
  6.  potatoes 4-5 tablespoons 
  7. biryani spices 2 tablespoons 
  8.  rice (runaways) 3 cups 
  9.  fried onions As per requirement 
  10.  Proven hot spices 1 tbsp 
  11. green chillies 2 tbsp 
  12.  mint 1/2 lumps (separate leaves) 
  13.  green coriander (chop) 1/2 lumps 
  14.  yolks 1/4 tsp (dissolve in milk) 
  15.  biryani essence few Drops 
  16.  Ghee Cup 1
  17. Salt to taste
Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2.  Add onion and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3.  Add meat and garlic, ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  4.  Add 1 cups of water and cover the lid and cook till the meat is melted and the water is dry.
  5.  Sift and separate the rice. 
  6.  In a large pot, first layer half of the rice. 
  7. Add the prepared meat mixture on it. 
  8. Add coriander and mint, sprinkle with yellow corn and biryani essence and apply on the tail. 
  9. Delicious chicken biryani is ready.
  10.  Take it out in a serving dish and serve hot.
