 Ingredients :

1. milk 2 liters 

2. sugar to taste 

3.colored needles 1 cups 

4. fresh cream 1 cup 

5. Vanilla custard powder 4 Tbsp

6.red jelly 6 packs ( freeze in a bowl)


 Step-by-step instructions 


1. In a house soaked in cold milk. Then the color of the stove.

2. Boil 2 needles separately, then boil the milk and add sugar and add the pre-dissolved custard to the boiled milk. 

4. Mix half the cream in the custard with light hands.

 5. Mix half the jelly in the same way, then garnish with the remaining cream and jelly. Start by cooling.

Step-by-step instructions 

1.boil milk


2.dissolve cornflour in milk separate.


3. Then add this mixture to the hot milk and keep stirring constantly and cook till it becomes thick custard. Cool the way. 


4. Make jelly according to the instructions on the box and cut into cubes after freezing. 


5. Peel all the fruit and cut them into pieces.


6.  Start with 7 pistachios, garnished with almonds and start cooling.

Qeema (minced meat) toast recipe

Ingredients:

1. toast as needed 

2.  qima curry to put in toast 

3.  potatoes 2 tbsp 

4. salt, pepper as required 

5. onion 1 tbsp 

6.  coriander 1 pinch


 Step by Step Instructions:

 1. Cut the toast into two halves and put the cooked qeema left over from the curry or any other sent with a fork and apply it on top of the toast.

2.Top with 2 boiled potatoes mixed with a little salt and ground black pepper. 

3. Add chopped onion and green coriander. You can also put green coriander etc.

4. Put a little butter on top and put it in a hot oven. 

5.  When it turns light red, serve it with hot sauce. 6 Potatoes are left over.

oven should be 400F

Corn Flakes Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Chicken (Boneless) 300g 
2. Corn Flakes 2 Cups 
3. Garlic Powder 1 Tea 
4. Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon 
5.  Cumin Powder 1 Tsp
6.  Vinegar 2 Tablespoons 
7.  Eggs 4 
8. Corn Flour 1 Cup 
9. Oils Customized 
10. Salt Customized


Method:

1. Put corn flakes, garlic powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt in a chopper and grind and set aside. 

2. Now cut the boneless chicken cubes and put garlic powder, vinegar and salt on them.

3. Then put the chicken. Put the pieces of corn in the corn flour. 

4. Dip in the eggs. 

5. Then put in the corn flakes mixture and deep fry.

Ice Cream Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Chicken (Boneless ) 1/2 kg

2. Salt to taste 

3. Ginger Garlic 1 tsp crushed 

4  bread  4 slices

5. Pepper 1/2 tbsp

6. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon 

6. Ground pepper 1 teaspoon 

7. Crushed red pepper 1 teaspoon 

8. Eggs One tablespoon 

9. bread crumbs one cup 

10. salt to taste

11. ice cream sticks custom

Method:

1. Finely grind 1 bread slices in a chopper then add chicken, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, ginger, garlic and grind again. 
2. When all the ingredients are well mixed, take them out and keep for 15 minutes. 
3.  Make ice cream shape nuggets from this mixture and put ice cream sticks in them. 
4. Dip them in beaten eggs first, then roll them in double bread crumbs and fry them in cooking oil.

Biscuits of flour and yogurt

 4 Now add ghee and water and mix.

Ingredients:

1. medium size finely chopped Carrots 

2. finely chopped 4 tbsp

3. breadcrumbs 4 tablespoon 

4. lemon juice 1 tbsp

5. fish (finely chopped) 4  

6. Salt and black pepper as required


 Method: 

1. Heat the oven to 400 ، C, add car jets, carrots, breadcrumbs, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste and mix well. 


2. Spread a thin piece of fish and make four parts of all the spices and place them on each piece. 


3. Roll the piece of fish well and close it with a toothpick to prevent it from opening. 


4. Place all the rolls in the oven dish and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. 


5. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad. 

Fish Puff Recipe

 Ingredients:

1. fish (slaughtered without fork) 1/2kilo 

2. salt to taste

 3. crushed garlic 1 tablespoon

 4. flour 2 cups 

5. onions 1 tablespoon 

6.  mushrooms 3 to 4 tbs8

 7. ground pepper 1 teaspoon

 8. paprika powder 1 teaspoon 

9. soy sauce 1 tbsp

10.chilli sauce one tbsp

11. double bread crumbs half a cup 

12. green coriander custom 

13. margarine or butter three tablespoons

 14. cooking oil custom 


Method:

1.Add a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of margarine or butter to the flour, then add a little water, knead hard and wrap in a damp muslin cloth.

2.  Melt the butter lightly and fry the chopped onion till it becomes soft. 

3. Then add the chopped fish, chopped mushrooms, a teaspoon of garlic, salt and pepper and fry on high heat.

4. When the color of the fish changes, add soy sauce, chili sauce and little by little double bread crumbs. 

5. When dry, remove from the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped green coriander and leave to cool.

6. Marinate the remaining 6 fish carcasses with salt, garlic and paprika powder and lightly fry them in a tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan sprinkled with a little flour. 

7. Take (the size of the puri should be such that the killing of the fish is completely stopped in it). 

8. I put water on the edges and close the mold.

9. Squeeze lightly to make a fish shape and take it out of the mold. 

10. Prepare all the puffs in the same way, then heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 

11. Fry them until golden

Fried fish

 1. rohu fish half a kg
 2. onions 1 tablespoon
 3. bitter oil or ghee 3 tablespoons
 4. red ripe tomatoes 2 tablespoons
 5. garlic cloves 4 tablespoons

 7 raisins 1 tablespoon 
8. rye a little 
9. salt and pepper as required

Method:

1. Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and mustard seeds.

2. Cut into separate pieces and fry in three tablespoons ghee or oil. 

3. Now chop the tomatoes and onions separately and fry in three tablespoons of ghee or oil.

4 Grind garlic cloves and finely chopped green chillies and add raisins and cook the fish in it on low heat till it becomes soft. 

5 Cut it with green coriander leaves. Submit

Method:

1. Make 1 fish fillet seasoning. 

2. In a bowl, add fish, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, chopped red pepper, egg and flour.

 7. Eggs for laying
 8. Eggs for mixing
 9. Ghee Customized
 10. Double bread crumbs


Method:

1. Put all the ingredients in the chicken and bring to a boil. 
2. Then grind the fiber in a chopper. 
3. Then mix the egg. 
4. Then mix the balls and add the egg. 
5. Then roll in double bread crumbs and deep fry in ghee.

Orange Mayo Chicken Recipe


 Preparation time          20 minutes Cooking time                  35 minutes For how many people    4 people 


Ingredients:

  1. chicken drumstick 6 to 8 pieces 
  2. Orange juice 1 cup 
  3.  mayonnaise half cup 
  4.  salt to taste 
  5. crushed garlic 1 teaspoon
  6.  peppercorns crushed 1 teaspoon 
  7. paprika powder 
  8. tomatoes 1 
  9. capsicum 1 
  10. Orange 1
  11.  fresh soybeans 1 teaspoon 
  12.  cooking oil as required

Method:

1.Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly, cut them and sprinkle with salt and paprika. 


2. Then apply the cooking oil with the help of a baking brush or finger. 


3.Put chicken drum stick on it. 
Mix two tablespoons of cane juice in  mayonnaise and keep it in the fridge. 


4.Remove from the heat and apply the mixture to the chicken with a brush and place in a preheated oven at 180C. 


5. When the chicken is fully cooked inside, take it out of the oven.


6. Cover the chicken in the pan with the orange sauce (if the chicken feels rough, cook for another five to seven minutes with the sauce) and grill the tomato and capsicum squares in the hot oven for four to five minutes.

7. Take it out.
