Ingredients:
1. fish fillet
2. ginger 1 piece (medium size) garlic 2 to 3 cloves
3. salt as required
4. pepper, chopped 1/2 tsp
5. red pepper half a teaspoon
6. eggs 1
7. flour half a cup
8. coconuts 1 cup
Method:
1. Make 1 fish fillet seasoning.
2. In a bowl, add fish, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, chopped red pepper, egg and flour.
3. Mix well. Garnish with tomatoes and serve with ketchup.
