Fried fish

 

Full preparation time.    20 minutes Cooking time                    30 minutes For how many people      3 people Calories                            211 calories

 Ingredients:

 1. rohu fish half a kg
 2. onions 1 tablespoon
 3. bitter oil or ghee 3 tablespoons
 4. red ripe tomatoes 2 tablespoons
 5. garlic cloves 4 tablespoons
 6 green peppers 3 tablespoons
 7 raisins 1 tablespoon 
8. rye a little 
9. salt and pepper as required 
10. bread crumbs a little.   


Method:

1. Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and mustard seeds.

2. Cut into separate pieces and fry in three tablespoons ghee or oil. 

3. Now chop the tomatoes and onions separately and fry in three tablespoons of ghee or oil.

4 Grind garlic cloves and finely chopped green chillies and add raisins and cook the fish in it on low heat till it becomes soft. 

5 Cut it with green coriander leaves. Submit
