Ingredients :
1. flour 2 1/2 cups

3. Sugar 1 tbsp
4. Baking powder 2 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Put flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a chopper and stir for one minute, then take out the cold butter from the freezer and cut it into small pieces and stir it two to three times so that it becomes a double loaf of bread.
2. Add four tablespoons of ice cold water to the chopper and stir for one minute. Take out the mixture and knead it lightly by hand.
3. Wrap it in plastic and keep it in the fridge till it cools down well. Bake in a hot oven at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion in cooking oil, then add the chopped potatoes, carrots, peas, salt, garlic, chicken powder and Add pepper and fry.
5. Add half a cup of water and simmer the vegetables on low heat.
6. Finally, dissolve the corn flour in a little water and add it.
7. Sprinkle green onion, celery and thyme, mix well and take it off the stove.
8. Turn off the pie while baking or bake for another 12 to 15 minutes like this.
9. Remove from the hot oven and enjoy the evening tea.
