Ingredients:
1. Chicken 1.5 to 2 kg proven
2. White vinegar half a cup
3. yellow color half a teaspoon 4
4. yogurt 1 cup
5. Red pepper 1 tablespoon chopped
6. black pepper 1 teaspoon chopped
7. white cumin 1 tablespoon roasted and ground
8. Charga spices 2 Tablespoon
9. lemons 4 to 6 pieces

Method:
1 Make a deep cut on the chicken and wash it well and put it in a bowl and mix white vinegar and yellow color and apply it well on the chicken.
2. Now mix red chilli, black pepper, white cumin, salt and spices in the curd well.
3. Then with the help of two to three lemons, apply this spice well on the chicken.
4. Let it dry in its own water.
5. Then heat oil in a large pan and deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
6. Then put the chicken in the pan again and add lemon juice and cook for five minutes.
7. Lahori Chargha is ready.
